DELIVERY TIMES:

• METROPOLITAN FRANCE: 24 - 72 business hours
• EUROPEAN UNION: 3 - 7 business days
• OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION: 6 - 15 business days

These are estimated times (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to be considered only from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email. Please check if the confirmation email is not in your spam folder.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After your order, you will receive an email informing you of the dispatch of your order as well as all the information necessary to be able to follow your package. (Tracking page, tracking number).

Can I postpone the delivery date of my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the delivery date in advance. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule an appointment.
