Refund policy
In order to receive a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Retraction principle
Does the size not fit? We’ll exchange it for you.
Return and second delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer

You will have (14) days to let us know.
Withdrawal period
Your withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier you designate, physically takes possession of the product.
In the event that you have ordered multiple products through a single order resulting in multiple deliveries (or in the case of an order for a single product delivered in multiple batches), the withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) calendar days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier you designate physically takes possession of the last delivered product.
Return
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item which is not in its original state, which is damaged, smells of perfume, shows signs of wearor which presents certain missing parts for reasons which are not due to an error on our part will not be refunded.
Return costs
The direct costs of the return of the property will be at your expense.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Overdue or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing time before a refund is displayed.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your returned product may vary.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
